A very rare and hard to find 2001 Department 56 Lord of the Rings Bag End light-up hobbit house. A repair has been made on the small tree to the right of the door, shown in photos. There are a couple very minor paint chips on the door frame and yellow post to the left of the door. In very good condition throughout. Does not come with box or any additional figures, house only.
