Shipping policy

The Cool & Collected Club ships 5-6 days a week, typically within 1 business day of your order. We pack your items safely and with great care. We do not include invoices in the shipment, just in case your order is a gift.

All delivery times are estimates. We always hope your package gets to you on time. Some delays may occur due to weather or package volume at the post office and are, unfortunately, beyond our control. Once we transfer packages to the carrier, we only have the tracking number available to us.
