Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received it. Sealed items that have been opened after shipment  - such as New in Box Barbies or action figures - are not eligible for return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help troubleshoot and make it right.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.

Our items are vintage and it is expected that the items may have wear due to their age and previous use. We do our best to describe any flaws by using photos and in the product description.

Vintage electronics are cleaned and tested by us before listing. Vintage electronics may require some maintenance by the user, such as regular cleaning. Many of the electronics we sell are 20-50 years old and therefore the electronics should not be expected to last indefinitely. However, we will repair, replace or return any electronics purchased from us, online or in person, within 30 days or purchase.

To start a return, contact us at thecoolandcollectedclub@gmail.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label for free. Once we receive the item back and it is in its original shipped condition, you’ll be refunded within 2 business days via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
